Beautiful property along a river with well-maintained grounds. The room was large and cozy, featuring a big bathtub that I appreciated after a day of activities. Fast internet connection impressed me, especially since I needed it for planning our next outings. I indulged in the delicious food at the main restaurant, including a refreshing watermelon juice that was the highlight of my meals. The staff provided great service. they were welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. However, there were issues with hot water on a couple of occasions, and the maintenance in the bathroom could use some attention. The noise from roof repairs was a bit disruptive at night, which made the experience less restful. Overall, I liked the scenery and amenities, but some aspects could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

Loved the spacious Junior Suite and the beautiful landscape surrounded by mountains! The kids thoroughly enjoyed feeding the fish in the pond, and the staff were super friendly (shoutout to Zenaida! ). Two amazing pools made it a perfect family getaway.

casa grande offers a stunning landscape just off the road that leads up from volan to cerra punta. the kids loved the playground and the outdoor pool, which made our family stay even more enjoyable. the customer service was exceptional, with a special mention to the friendly staff who went out of their way to help us.
